Order Statuses

Order statuses help you track the lifecycle of each order. You can customise statuses to match your specific workflow.

Managing Statuses

Go to Order Statuses in the menu. You will see a list of all your statuses. Click Add status to create a new one.

Status Fields

Each status has:

  • Name — e.g., "In progress", "Ready for pickup", "Completed"
  • Colour — a hex colour code for visual identification in lists and the dashboard
  • Message — an optional default notification message sent to the customer when an order reaches this status

Default Status

One status can be set as the default. This status is automatically applied to new orders when they are created.

Using Statuses

On the dashboard, orders are grouped by status, giving you a visual Kanban-style overview of all active work. Statuses can be changed at any time from the order detail page.
