Notifications

FixhDesk lets you send real-time status updates to customers through multiple channels directly from an order.

Email Notifications

Email is free and does not require any credits. Open an order, click Send Email, write your message, and confirm. The email is sent from your configured company email address and uses your branding template.

SMS Notifications

SMS notifications are deducted from your SMS credit balance. Open an order, click Send SMS, and write the message. Each SMS deducts one credit from your balance. You can check your remaining credits on the License page.

WhatsApp Notifications

Send a WhatsApp message to the customer's phone number directly from the order. The feature uses the customer's registered phone number. Ensure the customer has WhatsApp installed on that number.

Notification History

Go to Notifications in the main menu to see a full history of all sent notifications. Each entry shows the order, channel (email/SMS/WhatsApp), status (sent/failed), and timestamp.
