License & Billing

FixhDesk uses a subscription-based licensing model. Your membership plan determines how many users, shops, accounts, orders, and SMS credits your company can use.

Membership Plans

Each plan has defined limits for:

• Maximum number of users
• Maximum number of shops
• Maximum number of bank/cash accounts
• Included SMS credits

Upgrading Your Plan

Go to License and select a higher plan. FixhDesk calculates the pro-rata cost based on the remaining time on your current plan. You can pay via PayPal or bank transfer.

Paying by PayPal

Click Pay with PayPal on the License page. You will be redirected to PayPal to complete the payment. Once confirmed, your plan is upgraded immediately.

Paying by Bank Transfer

Choose the bank transfer option and follow the instructions. Your request will be in Pending status until the FixhDesk team confirms receipt of the payment. You will be notified by email.

SMS Credits

SMS notifications require credits. You can purchase additional SMS credit packages from the License page using PayPal. Credits are deducted automatically each time an SMS is sent to a customer.

License Expiry

You will receive email reminders before your license expires. After expiry, access to the platform is restricted until the license is renewed.
