Quotations & DDT

FixhDesk lets you create, manage, and export Quotations (preventivi) and Transport Documents (DDT — Documenti di Trasporto) with automatic numbering and PDF export.

Quotations

Navigate to Documents → Quotations. Click New quotation to open the form. Select a customer, add line items (description, quantity, unit price, VAT rate), and save. Each quotation is auto-numbered per company.

• Draft — still being prepared, not sent
• Sent — sent to the customer
• Accepted — customer has confirmed
• Rejected — customer has declined

Transport Documents (DDT)

Navigate to Documents → DDT. DDTs are used to document the transport or delivery of goods. Create a DDT by selecting the customer, adding the goods rows with quantities, and saving. DDTs are auto-numbered per company.

VAT Codes

Both quotations and DDTs support multiple VAT rates. Configure your company's VAT codes in Settings. When adding line items, select the applicable VAT rate for each row. Totals (net, VAT, gross) are calculated automatically.

PDF Export

Open any quotation or DDT and click Download PDF. The PDF includes your company logo, name, address, VAT number, document number, date, customer details, line items, and totals.
