Settings

The Settings module lets administrators configure company data, branding, integrations, and system preferences.

Company Data

Go to Settings to edit your company's legal name, VAT number, address, city, postal code, province, phone, and email. This data appears on all generated PDF documents.

Branding & Media

Go to Media to upload:

Logo — appears in the back-end header and on PDF documents
Favicon — the small icon shown in the browser tab
Email template image — used in customer email notifications
Document header image — used as a banner on PDFs

Maximum file size: 2 MB per file. Accepted formats: JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP, SVG, ICO.

VAT Codes

Define the VAT rates your company uses (e.g., 22%, 10%, 4%, 0%). These rates appear as options when creating line items in quotations and DDTs.

PayPal Integration

Go to PayPal Settings to configure your PayPal credentials. You need a PayPal Business account. Enter the Client ID, Secret Key, and Webhook ID. Choose between Sandbox mode (for testing) and Live mode (for real transactions).

Timezone

The company timezone affects all timestamps shown in orders, interventions, and documents. Set the correct timezone to ensure dates and times are accurate for your location.
