Reports

The Reports module gives administrators a financial overview of the business with date-range filtering and export options.

Accessing Reports

Go to Reports in the main menu. This section is available to administrators only. Regular users do not have access to financial reports.

Filtering by Date

Use the From and To date pickers to select the reporting period. The table and totals will update automatically when you apply the filter.

Report Data

The report shows, for each order in the period:

• Order number and customer name
• Net amount, VAT, gross total
• Payment status and date
• Shop name

Exporting

Click Export CSV to download the report as a spreadsheet-compatible file. Click Export PDF to generate a printable PDF report with your company branding.
