Shops
Shops represent branches, departments, or sales channels within your company. All orders, documents, and reports are scoped to a shop.
Why Use Multiple Shops?
If your business has multiple physical locations, each can be a separate shop. You can also use shops to separate different service lines (e.g., "Repairs", "Sales") or to give franchisees their own workspace.
Creating a Shop
Go to Shops and click Add shop. Enter the shop's name, address, city, postal code, province, phone, and email. You can also choose a colour for the shop, which is used for visual identification in the interface.
Switching Between Shops
Use the shop selector in the top navigation bar to switch between shops. The selected shop context applies to new orders you create and to the data shown in the dashboard. Administrators can see all shops; regular users only see assigned shops.
Shop Limits
The number of shops you can create depends on your active membership plan. Upgrade your plan to add more shops.
